Exchange Policy

In light of the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, our return and exchange policy will be extended to 30 days from 18 June 2020 for orders placed between 1 April to 18 June 2020. For orders placed before 1 April 2020, the return and exchange policy remains at 30 days from order date.

We offer a return and exchange policy for shoe size exchange, incorrect and/or defective items. Return and exchange requests must be raised within 30 days from 18 June 2020 for orders placed between 1 April to 18 June 2020, or 30 days from order date for orders placed before 1 April 2020.

Products must be unused and in the exact condition at the time of purchase. Shoes can only be exchanged for size of the same style and colour. Original packaging such as the shoe box and price tags must be retained and intact.

Merchandise marked as sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds and exchanges.

Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.

Return and exchange options:

  1. In-store exchange of shoe size

Should you wish to exchange the shoe size, you may bring your printed invoice and item(s) for an in-store exchange within 30 days of your order date.

Return products will be inspected by our store assistants, and returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Exchange is subject to in-store stock availability. If your desired size is unavailable, you are eligible to make an exchange with any other item(s) in the retail stores. A top up of the price difference will be required if the value of the exchange item(s) is higher than that of the original item(s). There is no refund of price difference should the value of the exchange item(s) be lower than that of the original item(s).

Please note that online exclusives are not eligible for in-store exchange.

  1. Refunds for incorrect or defective items

All products are quality checked prior to despatch. Our refund policy covers manufacturing issues, and irregularities such as small or imperceptible blemishes should not be considered as a defect.

If by any chance you received an incorrect or defective item, kindly contact us at with the email subject [Returns Request: Order Number] to open your returns ticket. Include a specification of which item the return relates to and a photo of the item you wish to return. 

Once you receive the notification from our customer service team to proceed with the return, you may courier (with tracking number) the item to our head office or bring the item(s) to a selected retail store within 10 days of the notification:

II) Return to any of our retail stores.

Refunds will not be processed without a valid confirmation email from us. Shipping and handling fees are refundable only if all item(s) from the order are successfully returned. Return shipping is reimbursable only for incorrect or defective items.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving the item(s) via the same payment method you used to make your original purchase, or via store credits that you may use for your next purchase. Online store credits are valid for 6 months from date of issue and can be used on your next purchase made on Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. 

Our refund policy is applicable to successful returns, subject to the terms and conditions listed above.
